Originally from Egypt, I’ve proudly called Dubai home since 1999.
Academic and Professional Foundation
I earned my bachelor's degree in Languages from Ain Shams University, followed by an HR Management Diploma from Leicester University. These academic milestones paved the way for an 18‑year human resources career, spanning respected multinational environments like Dow Chemical, Serco, and Averda. In roles as an HR Business Partner, I coached leaders to accelerate their growth, empowered teams to stay engaged, and helped design HR strategies that supported organizational success.
Leadership and Coaching Credentials
Coaching was always part of my HR scope—but in 2015, I made the conscious decision to pursue it full-time. That journey began at the Coaching Training Institute (CTI), recognized globally for its experiential, leadership-focused coach training programs and ICF‑accredited curriculum. Upon completing their intensive certification pathway, I earned the designation of Certified Co‑Active Professional Coach (CPCC).
In 2018, I further advanced my qualifications by achieving the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF)—a widely respected industry standard that signifies a minimum of 125 hours of coach‑specific education, 500 hours of client coaching experience, and proficiency in ICF Core Competencies and ethical practice.
Today I am an Independent Leadership Facilitator and Executive Coach.

As a full-time bilingual Executive Coach and Leadership Facilitator, I deliver both virtual and in-person programs tailored to diverse audiences and leadership levels. My recent facilitation assignments have taken me across Germany, Egypt, Oman, the United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia—partnering with organizations to develop impactful, results-driven leadership capabilities.
